Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR)- The ABR® designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded by the Real Estate Buyers Agent Council (REBAC) of the National Association of Realtors® to real estate practitioners who have met the specified educational and practical experience criteria.
Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB®)- The highest level of distinction in real estate management, CRB® applicants must meet stringent management experience requirements. Those accepted are experts in the most productive techniques for recruiting, training, goal setting, financial planning and decision making. The designation is administered by the CRB® Council of the National Association of Realtors®.
Certified Residential Specialist® (CRS®)- This is the highest professional designation awarded in the residential real estate industry. The designation is administered by the CRS® Council of the National Association of Realtors® and received only after completing courses and demonstrating specific expertise in applied residential real estate marketing.
